All sales are final (no standard refunds) while explicitly protecting customers with a full refund or exchange if an item arrives defective or damaged.

Thank you for shopping with NYH Store! Please review our policy regarding returns, damages, and refunds below.

Standard Return Policy: All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, size exchanges, or unwanted items. All sales are final.

Exception for Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly process a full refund or send a replacement. Please see the "Damages and Issues" section below for details.

Damages and Issues (Eligibility for Full Refund)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

To initiate a defective item review:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@nyhstore.com.
  2. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Include clear photos or video showing the damage or defect.

If your claim is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Under no circumstances can the following items be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

To be eligible under this EU regulation, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing Your Defective Item Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned defective item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your full refund.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@nyhstore.com.
